Traver Connect is an innovative solution designed to bridge gaps in the automotive maintenance industry by seamlessly integrating telecom, automotive, and CRM functionalities. As the Product Manager for this project, I led the development of a platform that not only connects vehicle owners with reliable service providers but also enhances dealership lead conversion strategies.

Product Idea and Goal:
The automotive maintenance sector needed a solution to connect vehicle owners with trustworthy service providers while enabling dealerships to effectively convert leads into sales. The vision was to create a telecom application capable of handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and onboarding dealerships to expand their business.

Solution Delivered:
The final product provided a comprehensive telecom CRM solution that connected call centers with business development centers through cloud services. It transformed automotive maintenance from a cumbersome process into a streamlined, user-friendly experience. The platform offered 24/7 call center support, flexible pricing, and efficient appointment scheduling, benefiting both clients and dealerships.
