Traver Connect is an innovative solution designed to bridge gaps in the automotive maintenance industry by seamlessly integrating telecom, automotive, and CRM functionalities. As the Product Manager for this project, I led the development of a platform that not only connects vehicle owners with reliable service providers but also enhances dealership lead conversion strategies.

The vision was to create a telecom application capable of handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and onboarding dealerships to expand their business.

It transformed automotive maintenance from a cumbersome process into a streamlined, user-friendly experience.
